Pecha kucha presentation: this is creative practice research

On Wednesday 14 February 2024 I took part in a pecha kucha presentation session at Solent University, sharing creative practice research from across the music and media departments.

Across 20 slides, each 20 seconds in length, I got to share a bit about myself, my experience working with the Third Orchestra, and how this is now influencing my Experimental Music Collaborations project, work with The Coastal Collective, and more.

My own work was part of a programme that included music influenced by nature and bird song; CGI historical imagery; participatory and therapeutic photography; and fine art exploration of stories which fall between the gaps of existing historical collections and documentation.
